To kick off spring, we decided to send a surprise gift to our customers as a way to say thanks for their business and their trust. We talked about multiple possibilities, but in the end, we settled on a piece with multiple components that could act as an apt symbol for our journey together.
The components:
- A 6” x 6” x 6” with a 4” x 4” Eaglestone sticker on the exterior
- A thank you card, printed on seed paper
- A custom-fabricated flower pot, made right here at Eaglestone
- Two rehydratable soil pucks
With the pucks inside the pot and the seed paper on top, customers had everything they needed to bring a new plant to life.
Our goal—much like anything we create here—was to create something useful and usable. Inside this little box was everything that was needed, which symbolizes what we try to deliver to our customers. And giving a gift that took real intention and care to use was a nice change of pace in the muscular world of industrial manufacturing.
Overall, we were thrilled with the gift and excited to share it with our customers. Our growth would be absolutely impossible without their support, and growing together as years pass is high on our list of priorities.
