Sometimes simple is better. Take our Washdown Turntables, for example. The basic turntable concept has been used in food processing plants for many years. That’s because the uncomplicated design does the job perfectly with minimum hassle and expense. And while automated packing is becoming more common, our Washdown Turntables continue to be a very necessary piece of equipment for lower output facilities or for more versatile lines.

Our turntable tops can be modified to allow for unscrambling of bulk containers into a single file for filling, or accumulating containers after filling for manual unloading.

Easy Cleanup, Sanitation and Maintenance
Ideal for the end of food manufacturing lines, our Washdown Turntables are constructed from 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning and sanitation along with formed channel supports. A washdown motor comes standard with each table. Plus, by using a direct drive system there are no belts utilized as a power transmission to turn the table, eliminating the need for belt adjustment and recurring replacement.

Safety First
When compared to alternative turntables, Eaglestone’s design keeps the exterior rim and interior turntable independent from each other. The rim remains stationary, leaving the turntable to do all the spinning. This prevents injury to operators if accidently bumped. Additionally, the stationary rim itself can be vertically adjusted for ergonomic benefits, or to fit beneath a conveyor to catch product transferring from above.

Flexibility
Simple, yet amazingly versatile, our Washdown Turntables allow you to achieve maximum flexibility as you adjust your ever-changing production line to handle the daily variables that occur on any line. They are available with your choice of level mounts or casters so you can move them around to different places on your line as your order flow changes. Optional side tables, in-feed chutes, diverters and conveyor tie-ins are also available for easy transfer.

Our Washdown Turntables are sold as individual modules or as part of a complete conveyor system, allowing small runs when your main line is engaged.
