The 54’ merging conveyor in this video was engineering for a frozen bread product application. It utilizes Intralox’s Activated Roller Belt (ARB) technology to merge the products on the conveyor.

The extra wide transfer conveyor in this video is designed for a high volume food product application. It features small diameter nose bars on both ends for easy transfer of products.

Eaglsetone’s custom elevator lifts transfer products from a conveyor at one height to another. The vertical lift in this video is 23’ tall, moves at 24’ per minute, and handles paper rolls weighing 60lbs. each.
